There is excellent fleishik at Busch stadium, and as an afterthought you could watch playoff baseball. We had a pastrami- wrapped hot dog there in August. Much more delicious than it sounds.If there's a MCI-STL WS I may just have to try that out :)

You should check if they'll even be open.
They will be open. There is always a huge line or regular concession goers. Not that easy to get a legit Pastrami Sandwich in St.louis. Kohns makes one on an nyc level.
