Membership card and lanyard for Mr. Met's Kids Club Sundays

Check in at the Mr. Mets Kids Club Kiosk each Sunday to get your card stamped.
Come to four (4) Sunday games = receive autographed player photo card
Come to seven (7) Sunday games = receive Mets cap
Come to ten (10) Sunday games = receive duffle bag
Come to all thirteen (13) Sunday games = on-field recognition prior to the final Sunday game
One blue membership per child.

So does this mean 1 ticket to 4 games or 4 tickets to 1 game ?
Is it for  kids or anyone ?
it made me create an account and enter a credit card, does not sound like something kids can do
