Called Tiger Direct and within about 2 minutes they said they'll issue me a refund (will take about a week to go through). Didn't mention a word about returning the cups. I haven't even opened the package yet b/c I'm not home. Not bad.
On my first call to TD, I got a nasty dingbat who told me she'd been getting these phone calls all day. She said the listing error was Walmart's error so TD holds no responsibility and I should basically go jump in the lake :o Never had a customer service experience quite like that one!
I attempted to chargeback to my CC, they said the charge is still pending and I should call back in a few days. But that would only cover one of my 2 orders, since the other was done with a gc. So I called back TD and got someone who told me he would refund both orders. I'll wait till that refund posts to believe it...

I got a supervisor on the phone he said he will give the credit and gave reference numbers for all the orders.Will c what happens......I'm waiting for the management chain from WM to call me after having a nasty experience with TD I know I can HUCA but I decided to try a different route always fun to be adventures

I had two pages open with the chat so in case one shut down on me I had the other one still open and waiting in line for a rep. Didn't need to speak with a supervisor, i think all the reps were given green light to issue GCs.

Not sure why the email was generated now (maybe I'll get charged now?) but the tracking relates to the order you already have.

Called Walmart, the rep told me I need to call Tigerdirect to issue the refund but I can keep cups and Walmart will send me $10 egift card within 48 hours. But when I spoke to Tigerdirect she told me I need to send my cups back in order to get the refund . I asked to be transferred to another rep. or a supervisor but the lady refused and just hang up :) Superb customer service :(chat with walmart

I tried to call them for a refund and they said I need to contact Dixie. Did anyone else have this issue?Dixie has nothing to do with this, so I don't know what you told Walmart. These orders were from Walmart website fulfilled by TigerDirect. So, if not Walmart, you should be directed to talk to TigerDirect.

I had the same issue, they wanted me to send back the 1 pack of cups.. I said I am not wasting 1 more minute of my time on this. Had to dispute the charge & finished

I ordered 4 boxes on 2 orders and received only several hundred cups. I called and they refunded me and told me to keep cups. Walmart CS to me is becoming better than Amazon.
