Title: Mistake fares for dummies:

Often ticketed reservations are honored, but those booked but not ticketed aren't.
So you need to get yours booked fast.
During today's mistake, I heard people asking for passport numbers, trying to decide which seat to take, fumbling for the credit card that earns the most points...
Usually birthdays can be changed after also.
Middle names are not important.
I make sure to have a Jewish calendar app on my phone so I know what dates to book.

I did that and she asked where did I hear about this. I told her DDMS and the next thing I heard was a click.
