Doesn't work on ebay GC (must have $15 eligible items to get full credit), GC can put over $75 threshold. Works on other GC. Not combinable with eBay motors 20 off 100 promo.

Now that all gas cards that were on sale are gone I ordered a regular priced one but what gets me annoyed is that the more the card has on it the more shipping cost. I hate when people charge for shipping but meanwhile they are just charging more for their product
