Title: corporate office or other contact email to deal with amex dispute

I booked hotel reservation with expedia and then called to cancel - unfortunately did not write the confirmation # but have telephone records and witnesses. Expedia charged me and when I disputed the charge they said I never called to cancel. I have reopened the claim numerous times with supervisors even but it keeps going the the same process of being sent to expedia, they claim I did not follow the cancellation policy and thus refuse the dispute. I would like to take this to higher up in Amex - looking for ideas or contact info

Thanx! I looked up some of that info already - wasnt being lazy. But have you personally ever received a response from any of them?
