Do you have any issues with it? I see lots of negative reviews online.. do you ever feel that the reliability and quality of incoming calls are not 100%? People also complain about getting overcharged and not being able to port a number out down the road.. Whats your experience?

Regarding call quality, I didn't use it extensively enough to be able to report on that. I didn't get overcharged. Never tried porting out but according to this support article (https://support.grasshopper.com/hc/en-us/articles/229948247-Can-I-transfer-my-Grasshopper-number-somewhere-else) they do support porting out

I used it for some time, and had plenty of issues, not all call came in to all devices, or didn't FWD to all. When on WiFi calls drop, and often one party can't hear the other, unless you are right by the router.

I've used it. Was never able to get it to call back using the grasshopper number on 2/3 devices. Otherwise worked ok.

Thanks! So if iím purely using it for incoming 800 calls directed to a cell phone it should be 100% fine? I donít need to have outbound caller id..

You're probably walking with a cane by now.
