I disagree.

The value of the cert is defined by what it provides (amount of discount on particular room). The inherent value of the cert is different depending on who is buying it. Some people safe thousands of dollars by upgrading the certs, and others just save a few hundred bucks.

Looking back at this thread, I'm reading that only 1 person listed a cert about 3 weeks ago at 350 (which was not the norm at the time) That same person raised his price to 370 within a week. That's called price gouging, and taking advantage of the buyers here.

I, myself, offered 375 just recently because I needed a cert and I wanted the first one available. But historically, the certs have been going for around 300. Just some reference for you.
