Re: Venice Master Thread
I went to Carnival and it was great! Very clean, spacious and very nice staff.
The doors have manual keys and they don't even ask for a deposit unlike others.
You can use the entrance on the side and you don't have to worry about automatic doors.

All in all it was a great experience.

Regarding my 2nd question, there are Jewish places of interest in Verona & Padua. I hired a very good tour guide named Yitzchak (Isaac) Havi. He was very knowledgeable about the area and had the connections to open the shuls and cemeteries. Expensive though - 600 Euro for the day. (Almost 12 hours). He lives in Venice. If anyone is interested his cell is +393401940710 (Whatsapp or call) and email isaac1826@yahoo.com
Highly recommended.
Did the 600 Euro include driving you around in his car?
Isaac was recommended to me by a few friends as well.
Had him today for a walking tour and he charged 50 euro per hour. If he needs to use his boat/car then he charges more

Re: Wifi - Elal?
Their wifi is just to stream movies from their "dreamstream" app; not for internet access.
ElAl doesn't offer internet on any of their routes
Please see my post above.  They have started to roll out WiFi with Internet.
Flying now on a 737-900 with Wi-Fi installed.
Speed isn't very bad, I'm even able to connect to work with team viewer

Re: Flying TLV JFK in 2 days: US passport expiring in 4 months & Israeli in 2 Months
Did ElAl notice? The airline will most certainly deny boarding if they notice the expired passport
Do you consider LY as an airline?!🤣🤣
They play their own rules. But I'm sure YMMV

Chrome Extension "Legroom for google flights" I just discovered a cool chrome extension for GF, I dont think it has been discussed yet, if yes - mods feel free to delete.
The extensions is called 'legroom for google flights'
The main 2 key benefits
1- You see right away with out clicking on a flight, the aircraft type, seat pitch, wifi Etc.
2- For J class, it makes it simple to see which flights have lie flat beds or not
See attached screenshots

Re: Next Vacation - Ideas
Does Myrtle Beach have kosher food?

Anything to do besides beach?
How does Myrtle Beach compare to Hilton Head? Is it similar, was 2 times in Hilton Head, stayed at the Marriott right on the beach, very relaxing for a few days, wanted to check Myrtle Beach, any feedback?
Was there on chol hameed. There used to be a kosher restaurant but it's not kosher anymore.
There is a local supermarket that carries some kosher goods including chalav yisroel but they where emptied out pesach.
Nothing much to do besides beach and the famous ferris wheel, Broadway at the beach is a main center with many fun activities, and if you are in the mood to drive 2 hours, drive to Boeing's facility in North Charleston.
