So I used my Amex Business Blue... 15K MR.

Thanks all!
I thought SPG was the only Amex Card you had?

Or did you mean personal?

looking for nicest/luxury beachfront ocean view hotel within 30-45 minute drive from lwkd.  Is my best choice Ocean Place in Long Branch? or are there other comparable options?

Does not have to be hotel with point booking options
IMO yes. Also check out Molly Pitcher Inn, a bit different

I thought because the Biz Platinum is a charge card, you can't downgrade it to a credit card? How did you do it?
+1
I think there's a misunderstanding/mistake here, because I don't think that's possible.

Re: Hilton Aspire Resort Credit
Pretty sure it goes per account year not calendar year on resort fee
It does, but there probably are many who just got the card, myself included, and it's always better to sell earlier rather than later as value goes down with expiration/desperation

Re: South Florida Master Thread
It's good for kids... Especially that ones that don't have a local ice cream store...That said, in general it's too sweet for me, Had Key Lime Pie last time I was there and thought it was amazing.
Their sugar-free vanilla frozen yogurt was insanely amazing.

Then again, it may not have truly been sugar-free.

Re: Hilton Aspire Resort Credit
It might be useful to add some names of resorts with relatively low room rates. People will probably be more inclined to buy/use these if they know they can save whatever % on their whole reservation, whereas if they're staying at a hotel where room rates are high, saving x% on $250 of their reservation may only come out to a very small % savings on their whole reservation.

For example, TPG mentioned the Tropicana Law Vegas where (acc to TPG) room rates are around $100, so you could get 2-3 nights for not much more than a $250 credit, which means a buyer can save that % on their whole reservation.

Am I making any sense here? I feel like there must've been a simpler way to say what I wanted to say :)
I guess I know what you mean. Maybe Iíll update with some examples if I have time

Selling one at 75%

P.S. This only works if you are staying in the hotel, right? I assume I can't just go use a spa in a Hilton hotel and apply the credit.
According to TPG no, although I donít fully understand why not
