I don't understand why anybody would bother with all these gift cards, United gift registry, etc , if you can just book a flight with a pet, (I do it with united) then cancel the ticket (within 24 h) and you'll still get reimbursed for the "cost" of the pet by amex.

As a layman i was just wondering that although i understand you cannot dispute the transaction for unauthorized use ,as you gave them permission to swipe but why can't you dispute for goods or services not received. The same way that if you ordered a item online and it never came you can dispute for goods not received (afaik) why can't you dispute that you never received your money .You let them swipe in exchange for money that you never received so you never received what was promised and what the basis of the transaction was -why is that not grounds for dispute ?there is no such thing as "swiping for money" you swiped for whatever goods he swiped, he has to repay you, simple February 27, 2019, 01:19:49 PM |
