IRS high interest rates
I got a check from the IRS for a revised 2017 tax return. Besides for what I was owed I also got around 7.6% more. On the check its listed as interest. Does anyone know why I got such a high interest rate? (I'd love to use them as my savings account.  )

I’m aware of quite a few Rabbanim in Lakewood who wear masks personally and encourage others to do so as well, but do not force it.R' Yitzchak Sorotzkin had a corona sukka (plexiglass) for rosh hashanah with separate entrance and cordoned off section for his wife. He did daven musaf for the amud (not in the sukka) without a mask. By Oleinu his sons wore masks and gloves to help him. They had a bimah mechitza and he wore a mask to get an aliyah. Hospitals in NJ continue to kill their patients. There is no basic care. I spoke to someone who's father was just in jersey shore. Complete neglect... Stay away! Patients have heart attacks from choking on saliva as there is no one there to suction etc. Can't get a basic drink from the staff. I believe other states didn't have all these deaths because they actually have hospitals that care for their patients. Not because they learned how to treat it. How ironic as soon as other states got hit with the virus they didn't have all these deaths? basic care is what these hospitals lack-1 You don't "have heart attacks" from choking. My Father-in-law was in Jersey Shore over first days YT. He left alive after being cared for. Worst thing that happened to him that he complained about was getting plasma at 3am.
