Re: Internet Filters
Because History showed that free products like K9 don`t keep you safeA free product will never be as reliable as something that was designed with our specific needs in mind. January 28, 2020, 06:58:04 PM |

Re: Best free Anti-Virus master thread
Haven't installed it in a while, but check the avast forums. Also,Be very wary of Avast (and most free products for that matter). https://www.pcworld.com/article/3516502/report-avast-and-avg-collect-and-sell-your-personal-info-via-their-free-antivirus-programs.html January 29, 2020, 03:08:10 AM |

Re: Internet Filters
We at TAG specialize in getting the best filter setup in the best way for your needs. Netspark is great. Each filter has its strong points and weak points. The answer to the rest of your questions is yes. February 05, 2020, 01:51:39 AM |

Re: Microsoft Office Bundle Pro 2016 for $14.99!!
Many people bought on eBay without a problem, myself included. There is a risk of scam... I bought 2019 Microsoft office bundle for $20 to be on the safe sideThey is no risk of malware as long as the installation comes directly from Microsoft. The only thing your risking, is the license being blacklist/revoked. Nu, $5 for a license for a year? Better than $250... February 06, 2020, 03:25:18 AM |

Re: Internet Filters
1 - You mean better than Gentech, Netspark and Nativ?Speed, not heavy on the PC resources, simple logical categories and great service. February 10, 2020, 04:40:06 PM |

Re: Internet Filters
Have you tried Nativ and/or Netspark for a computer?Don't touch netspark for a computer. It takes over all aspects of the pc etc. Nativ is OK for specific purposes but can bog down the resources at some times and can be frustrating. For just email packages with Google services, it's OK. Thank you.As per the response from gentech, all data gets purged after 48 hours. If you are signed up to the filter via an organization or reseller due example Tag or your community then they have access to that info into it gets deleted. Techloq is under Gdpr rules. Re: Internet Filters
I too share @myuser 's concern about installing a certificate. The same is true about Netspark on android. All proper filters will intercept all traffic therefore needing a certificate. You can always have then bypass certain sites if you're uncomfortable having them intercept those. May 03, 2020, 06:53:16 AM |
