Darjeeling food is still AMAZING. The "boutique" is a few tables with seats, nothing special.
I recommend;
     Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile. They upgrade with status. Tallest hotel in Paris and best view. Book High floor with Eiffel Tower view. View from Club on top floor and drinks unmatched. Reasonably Priced.
