DL GC's are available immediately, AA GC's take 72 hrs before you can retrieve the GC.

Nowadays 150K NL = high supply and medium demand (higher than olden 150K WL but lower than olden 150K NL) = higher than $25-$50, lower than $500 - $800. I think ~$100 is fair but it all depends on circumstances (ie how desperate the buyer is, how many offers the seller has)
