If you have a GC use the GC.
Who knows the viability of any restaurant.

What about the viability of the marriage? If DW wants Rothschild then give DW Rothschild!  ;D ;D ;) ;)

I just flew from LAX on AA and was told by the bag check that if my (double) stroller weighs more than 23lbs I will have to check it in with my bags. I ended up taking off the wheels so when she weighed it, it was less than the 23lbs. When I got to the gate there was a gate agent that started telling me that I can't bring this stroller because it weighs more than 20lbs and that she will have to carry it herself down the steps because they don't have a shoot. I actually watched her carry it ( she was an older women).

Does anyone know if this going to be a new thing??

This is an old thing. Happened to me a few years back, except they didn't let me take the wheels off to weigh ::) even asked for supervisor etc.. This is largely dependent on the agent you get. On that same trip there were plenty of double strollers (including a Bugaboo Donkey -which weighs almost as much as I do) present at the gate area for our flight. We actually had a connection (which included a terminal building change) and that didnt get any mercy from the agent and supervisor - their response was: "we could order a wheelchair for your 3 year old"  :o :o

The instants are not accurate. High percentage of false positives.

Why do you want to get tested anyways? When will people realize that all testing does is fuel the antisemites in the government. 20 zips have an uptick, and they are only shutting down the frum neighborhoods. They blackmailed us, telling is if we wear masks, they won't shut us down. They admitted we became good with masks, and they still shut us down.

When other minority neighborhoods had upticks, it was because Trump is a racist. When we have an uptick, its all our faults.

Wiliamsburg is not being shut down because they a are not testing. When someone gets the symptoms, they just assume they have Corona.

Why are we testing when its just being used against us!?!? They are going to rewind us to pre-Pesach shut down.

And btw, if you get Corona, 99% of the people who get it now are barely sick. It's currently weaker than the flu. A few get it serious, like the flu, and those are the ines you hear about. But most are fine.

Ahem. Moderators - could we get all posts starting from this one moved to one of the numerous other covid centered boards.

I was just thinking out loud and trying to get people with experience chime in.
I actually just came back from Home Depot and they don't even have PVC pipes longer than 10'
This type of thing somebody with experience would be able to help me.Thanks!
PVC is very easy to work with and of course you can get 2 smaller pipes and connect them using a coupling. Use pvc primer and glue if you want to make that connection permanent.

General Discussion / Re: Any mortgage experts on the forums?

Anyone can comment and answer this?

I have a mortgage on a condo where we reside and it is only 20% of the loan amount paid.  I still have 80% of the loan amount to be paid and many years of monthly payments to make. If I want to move to another condo or townhouse, do I have to first have paid off my current mortgage? Or I can still first sell my current condo home, get the money and then use that money to pay off my current mortgage? I can then use the remaining or profit money to put down on a new mortgage?

When you sell the condo that has the mortgage, the sale proceeds will be used to payoff the mortgage and closing costs with any remaining proceeds going to you as seller. It all happens simultaneously.
Practically speaking, at that point you don't own a home, and have to arrange for somewhere to live (of course you could try to rent back the current place you live from the purchaser/ allow for your move out to be x days from closing- all should be done in the contract of sale).
Assuming you have another place to purchase, you could in theory have all the proceeds from your sale wired to your purchase and that would be your down payment. Additionally/alternatively when you go into contract on your new place you would have put down a contract deposit which will also be credited at the new house closing.

I hope this is somewhat helpful/makes sense.

Probably. Maybe including the old Bed Bath and Beyond. It says on targets site 43000sqft

How'd you find that?

I peruse corporate websites in my spare time... jk... heard a rumor that it was opening and Googled to verify.
