hi all,
whats the best/quickest way to get status in hilton honors program.
i currently have the amex platinum, which says will give me gold status, is that good?
what would be needed to get diamond?

thanks for all the help
Best and easiest way is to get the Hilton aspire card with a $450 annual fee.

If you just want it for a short time/trip you can buy diamond status on eBay for about $16 for a 90 day trial.

As kosher as any establishment certified by Rabbanut.

Figured, he kept cutting off Rabbi Weiner, and sounds like he edited alot of it.
+1 on the editing part.

Can you repost this link. It's not working.
Google headlines halacha and search for kashrus in Israel

R' Shmuel Weiner seems to be concurring with what you wrote (interview with him starts at about 1:05):

https://castbox.fm/episode/1%2F26%2F19-Kashrus-In-Eretz-Yisroel-and-Kashrus-Part-III-id1348308-id124608743?country=us

Correct, my information comes directly from him. He has tried multiple times to verify the standard that they claim they adhere to and to work with them but has been met with a brick wall.

+1 just maybe worth it to look into the fancier train. We got stuck in a cabin with a smelly guy for 2 hours on the train from Budapest to Vienna. There’s a bus that goes as well which is cheaper, but takes longer
Ya i think I splurged on the fancier class at the time.

The WA does that year-round.
Go speak to the mashgiach and he will tell you.
thank you all. I have an email to the Waldorf to see what they say.

The Mashgiach in the waldorf is very unreliable on what standard they use in the kitchen. He has been caught lying multiple times. It's hard to find a Rav in Israel that actually trusts him. The hashgacha is rabbanut so that's what you have to assume you are getting.

As for the citadel from what I hear he is reliable and will tell you exactly where and what he is serving that day.

He also has the last word as to what comes into the kitchen unlike at the waldorf....

yes.
Which cities go together for one trip?

Any other ideas, folks?
Budapest is about 2 hours from Vienna which is about 4 hours from prague. Train may be a good option as well.
