Credit Cards And Finance / Re: ATM & Forex fees in Israel
« on: August 19, 2020, 01:51:24 AM »
I saw this reported on a local forum, might be the same source though.  Can anyone corroborate that Leumi is charging 13.90 to withdraw from a foreign card?  Does the ATM warn you about this fee?  It used to say there is no fee associated with this withdrawal but you may be charged by your bank, or something to that effect.

COVID-19 Discussion Board / Re: Toothache--COVID-19 Symptom?

Don't understand. If someone brushes regularly, where would the buildup be, enough to actually be visible on an x-ray?
Wondering because I have a toothache.

Your sinuses sit above your teeth and below your eyes.  A sinus infection is often felt as pain in the upper teeth.  As far as I understand, this is a result of fluid buildup in the sinuses that applies pressure on the nerves to the teeth.

Would any electronic stores be open.  I need a lightbulb, it is the only light in the kitchen.

Where are you located.  A ddf neighbor might have a spare lightbulb :-)

Two points.

1) In light of his own comments the day before, it would seem this is simply case of a politician never missing an opportunity to make political hay.

2) His comments about not accelerating the economy at the cost of human lives strike me as disingenuous.  All economic activity comes at a risk to human life and you need to acknowledge that before you can have a meaningful discussion on the correct balance.

just got engaged 6 person lechaim and 2 more on zoom

I don't know the answer to #1, but the answer to #2 is your information is outdated

Unfortunately most of what Coumo does regarding the environment and COVID-19 and pretty much anything else is posturing and virtue signaling and more likely than not in complete disregard of actual data.

The same could be said about most politicians but the problem is acute in Left wing and Progressive ones.

All schools in Israel closed until after Pesach.

Should record it in English too.

Click CTRL + ALT + DEL and it will pull you to the task manager and from there click on the ram usage.

I know how to open task manager.  WIN-X T is actually quicker. @ziv716 was suggesting I see how much RAM I have in Task Manager.

My original question was that the RAM usage percentage in Task Manager does not seem to fit with the detailed usage listed below it, not by a long shot.
I have a Dell laptop that I recently added 8gb ram to for a total of 16gb.  In Task Manager it is showing 71% memory usage  but when I add up all the individual processes usage I get about 6gb.  What's going on?

It's not retroactive.  Was definitely not announced by 12 pm today.

Swimming Pools
With regard to swimming pools the same rationale applies for standards such as PWTAG 20162 and
EHOA6 which are intended to control microbiological hazards in swimming pools treated with
Please note also that the minimum recommended free chlorine residual depends on the type of pool
or chlorination chemical used – for example spa pools (‘jacuzzis’) need a higher residual. Refer to the
relevant guides for details. The key point is that, regardless of the type of pool, adherence to the appropriate guidelines will
control risk from waterborne COVID-19 virus

Check to see how much RAM it actually says you have in task manager.

Not sure how to do that.  Did you mean check system in control panel?  There it says 16gb.
