I figured someone here would have an idea on how to transfer $290 on a prepaid Visa to my checking account without incurring a ton of fees.

Do I have a knight in shining armor?

Has anyone been successful in getting anything for Amex Delta or SPG? HUCAd a few times already and been told on both there is nothing they can do about the AF and can't offer anything to keep card open.

I got an offer to downgrade to the HH because it has no AF. That's it.

Maybe HUCA & try a little nicer. :)

I'm incredibly kind to customer service people.

Does anyone know what TU scoring model goes from 300 - 893? I just bought a new car and they used a model I'd never seen before. Is it a Vantage score?

I was offered Jack Squat on Amex PRG. Called to say I didn't want to pay the AF. Only about $10K annual spend, so I guess they didn't care much.

The "big" balance was $650 on a charge card, so no credit limit...

I always pay off my Amex charge card before it reports to make certain it doesn't count in my utilization.

Can someone post numbers of all 3 CBs that they were successful with reaching a human and disputing something? I do not have a CR number and I can't dispute online

I haven't had to call, but I use https://gethuman.com/ to find the best customer service phone numbers for companies.

It's the score I get from Amex. Should be Experian but I don't know more. Does anyone know?

It says right underneath your score that it is a FICO Score 8 using Experian data.

doctor of credit claims that there are reports of 2 hard pulls, one for the savings account and one for the credit card, also that they are hard to deal with.
On tapatalk so can't link

I don't post a lot, so I may not represent a bastion of credibility, but the folks here may:

Mendelssohn linked here earlier. I followed the instructions to a "T" and got approved for $20K on 2 soft pulls. YMMV.

So, just checked my wife's report, and there was an AU account that I didn't recognize. Scrolled down to the bottom of the report where it lists the names associated with the SSN and I see my SIL's name. Turns out, my FIL took out an AU card for my SIL, gave my SIL's name, but used my wife's SSN.  >:( >:(

1) How does Chase even accept that if the SSN doesn't match the name?

2) This account has been on her report for 4/5 months and he's been letting it close every month with 90%+ utilization.

Do I just call EX and explain them the situation and they'll remove it all? Will her score still be negatively affected even once the account and my SIL's name is removed?

I've had great success submitting disputes online, but the most effective way would be to send a letter Certified mail, Return Receipt Requested. I've never had to present evidence, but YMMV.

Anyone have the direct link to view EX score within 60 days of a pull for an app? The letter that I got with the card just says experian.com but don't see anything on that page for viewing a report because of a pull.

KABLAM!

Select "Request my Credit Report" and on the next page it asks if you've had any adverse action. Say yes and you're off to the races!

Was wondering...
You never know with such an interesting lender...
Just want to know beerech what limit, $1k - $5, $5 -$10 ect.

I've seen anywhere from $10K to $25K. They approved me for $20K which makes this my highest CL. As David Smith said, they are generally generous.
