I dont know about online payments beside for the 1 shekel parking ticket payments that ive had no problem with. But bills in general over the phone ive never REALLY had an issue. Across the board from all insurance bills and utilities , i always pay with american cc. I give passport number and never had issues. Even when being told that they cant accept a foreign card i just respond then they wont see the bill paid bc that is my only payment option. The rep has always worked it out.

To renew a NY DL online, can any optometrist who can read English fill out the vision test form?  Looking to get it done for as little as possible, i.e. through Meuchedet.
No . Need a guy licensed in usa. Go to yisrael yavneh . Hes at the glasses store on paran (up the stairs by waffle bar)
Does anyone have experience getting Capital One to ship a new AU card to Israel? (cross posting in a Cap1 thread)
I asked once (2 years ago) for an AU of mine. They wouldnt send then

And whatís wrong with that?
SMH
I never said there was anything wrong. I happily eat it.
many Don't eat that.

And in regards to lechem bassar, a lot of their meats are not a good shcitah for most askinazim, so be careful when you go there, know what you could get and what not.
I know what you mean, however IIRC it was maybe 2-3 things on the menu

Amex bbp has 15 mo. Not as big of sign up bonus as chase inks but longer 0% APR time period

Is there a reason lechem ubasar isn't in the wiki? Seems like a fairly common restaurant in yerushalayim for both tourists and locals.
Prob bc its machpud

Credit Cards / Re: Israel: Rav Kav Loading = Travel points

1)it would be a legal question because someone is not able to sign or use anyones credit card except for someone in your household. 2)it would be a shaylah because you are not making purchases for yourself and getting points on hundreds of other people's behalf. 3)that would be called an unfair business practice. 4)otherwise why don't you just stand by the checkout line in the grocery store and tell people that they should swipe your card and pay you the cash?
1) no signing in this case with recent updates in israeli purchases
2) whats the shayla exactly ?
3) what about it is unfair?
4) ive actually seen it done before and ive done it myself as well.

How many people do you know who pay cash at the grocery store?
More than 1 is too many . Too painful to see

I see dozens daily, and it takes everything in me not to beg
So dont . Just offer :)
