Just got off the phone with supervisor. Had issue on 4 orders of 4 tablets each. Correctly priced in confirmation email at $84 total but invoice was showing $191.96 total. On credit card statement had it broken up at $38.18 per tablet and additional $9.81 per case. Resolved the issue fairly quickly and was refunded the $107.96 difference on each of the 4 orders plus $50 dollar promotional credit for my trouble!

Can Chase ur points be transferred from deceased person's account to their spouses account? The credit card account is still active as the death was not reported to Chase. Does anyone have any experience or data points about this.
