UPDATE:
got 4/5 today while the status page only says approved and they will be printing and preparing to send
should note that the 4 i got were all new for kids and the one we are still waiting for is a renewal for an adult
all were sent on 11/23
also did not receive any documents back yet

the candles on the table were for decor not for shabbos
im assuming they didn't want them lit right away because then they would burning for a while before the meal actually starts it seems like the cleaning lady arrived around same time meal started so i assume she lit them then
