Thats insane!!!! Meet the chefnope its the resort policy i spoke to head chef of both hyatts he was really nice but explained that untill a month ago they did it with pleasure but since that guy made a huge scene and wanted to charge the resort 1000 dollars..... its too much of a liability.
the girl I forgot her name she was very helpful I think it was angel
she's the second to top
she could have helped.
Very accommodating with heating up foodThanks so much. just wondering who do i ask to arange the food to be warmed?
make sure you tell them nightly don't open up your food
Also I numbered everything and told them
tonight we need 1,2,3,4
tomorrow I need 5 and 6
or I told them that morning I need tin 9 and 10 tonight at 7pm
Remind them to send you Disposable plates and Utensils
and Call when your done for them to remove the food table or it will sit outside your room all night and you don't want any insects
finally most of the soda was Coke etc. but they have some local stuff I wouldn't touch
I found the hotel to be too commercial and difficult to get simple things like fresh squeezed pineapple juice or orange juice
a lot of the there stuff comes pre processed.
I struggled getting a Avocado they tend to just have processed guacamole
Also if it's your first time in Bahamas - just a tip - every car service I've taken tried to up the price at the end of the ride. For example, in the airport there are people in charge of steering you towards a ride and they tell you a price, but the driver tried to change it once I arrived at hotel, so make sure you reconfirm the price with the driver when you get into the car.i had the same thing happen to me
Yes the aquarium is pretty cool. There's a nice out doors portion of it with turtles and cool sharks and sting rays. Inside there is a whole tunnel system through an aquarium. Also, if you go down to the Beach tower they have a lazy river and a water area geared more for real little kids. Also, they have a Shark cave where you can walk underwater in a tunnel with sharks swimming around you. There also is an option to rent the classic paddle boats in their lake. Also, I'm not sure if they still give you the dolphin adventure with the casino pass anymore but if they do you can do that (1 person)GH has a mini shark/ray viewing place they also have a pretty cool bird santuary where they give you sticks with food stuck on and all the birds come to eat as you hold it... also they have a free boat to balmor island if you want a change or to do dolphin swimming...
Worth renting a car?dont know about if you stay on paradise island but if you stay in bahamar. no need to the local busses are really ez to use and any excursion picks you up from hotel. i did rent a utv and drove to clifton heritage park really nice deserted beaches so i guess you could rent a car for that, but you wouldnt be able to drive on thru the park unless you have a atv/utv...
I'll put it this way; out of all my "tropical" trips, Cancun beaches were the most crowded because of the hotel strip, not to mention ppl trying to sell you thingsThe ziva has two beaches one by the regular strip side that has tonz of locals and vendors... they also have on other side with way smaller and not as long of a beach but all hotel guest so you can find quieter spot and also no vendors
anyone have 3 ladies tickets for the siyum hashas?check bmg coffe room i saw a bunch of them sold there
Fly southwest. They don't land at the terminal with red and green lights. We just walked right through the nothing to declare. If we had been stopped and caught, I was confident that what I had was allowed (no red meat).on my southwest flight they pulled over the jewish looking ppl going thrue the nothing to declare....
