Is this part of Dans talk at the Kinus? Maybe he should e-mail all those who signed up for his workshop to bring their amex's and he'll explain it by his workshop at the Kinus.

It's the following weekend. btw, registration is still quite open for the kinus:)

Whatever you find on ANA is bookable via UA. On UA some airlines are not bookable online and would require you to call UA.

IF you can go this week you should be able to find available nonstop. 

How can UA book a ticket using ANA points? Am i missing something in this conversation? OP has ANA miles, not united.

update:
Singapore airport krisflyer lounge (at least the one in terminal 3) do not stock or supply kosher meals!!

When flying singapore first class one has access to the "private room" where one can supposedly order kosher meals.

Does anyone know how this works? Does this needs to be preordered etc. and which meals are they?

At JFK, suites passengers have access to the Virgin Clubhouse where there are complimentary kosher meals that are much better than typical airline food.

Does anyone know how this works, which meals they are, must you preorder etc?


In Singapore first class passengers have access to the “private Room” where you can order kosher meals as well.

Once again, does anyone know if this needs to be preordered etc. and which meals are they? (i would presume hermolis who singapore airlines use on flights out of singapore)

Generally airlines will not touch a ticket issued by a different airline. However you might have luck at the airport on the day of departure to change flight for a different time or route (for example if you have a connecting flight they will be able to put you on a direct flight.)

I once had United do it for a ticket issued by aeroplan. On the phone nothing. at check-in - yes.

They gave us kosher breakfasts, it turned out that it wasn't cholov yisroel, but they bought new breakfasts for us that were parve.

Dan, whose catering was the breakfasts which weren't cholov yisroel?

Doe anyone have experience with Lewis packaged meals?
