I don't think upgrades are considered an "approval".
FYI.Max approval in seven days no longer exist. You have a max of 2 cards in 90 days no additional max for 7 days

Mark Ostermann's DPs say nogo at 3.5 years and go at 4.5 years.
You need a lot more data points then one. His wife may have gotten the PopUp for many reasons that people are getting popup even if they never had the card. And he may have not seen the PopUp for many reasons people get targeted to get the same card again etc. Donít see any conclusions. Any body that opens their eyes will see 1000s of different experiences on Amex PopUp accross the web. Itís silly to  try to make conclusions based on one datapoint. We need to see a trend

Just got all my cap1 accounts shut, haven't used them hard in a while, only trigger I can think of is that I switched my address on file to my new residential address 7 days prior to being shut. Anyone to talk to to get reopened or waste of time?

Shutdown reason was - "card usage not as expected" no games were played with the spend.

On one of the lower end cards dan wrote that it gives the au an additional $1,000.
Was wondering if it also applies for the platinum....?
Platinum it will depend on what level the AU is. If green or gold then no return protection and if platinum yes

Hello everyone,
If I get the Amex pop-up that I'm not eligible for the welcome bonus, does it also mean the 0 APR, or just the bonus points?
On business cards you still get the 0% apr

Annoying as it is that is there policy.

There's a maximum of 12  purchases per transaction that can be redeemed at a time.

How often can i redeem 12 purchases per transaction? One after the other? Per day?
i did one right after the other one successfully

"bm" has nothing to do with how many pulls you receive.
A better question would be is applying for a Chase personal and business card in the same day one or two pulls.  ;)
Chase same day application results in Two pulls. And as you said 2bm garbage is dead for years already

Can I claim the "meal" reimbursement for dinner with proof of cancellation, or will they ask when my changed flight was?
Trip delay insurance will cover if your flight was delayed for more then six hours for meals and lodging. Does that apply to you?

Is it "safe" to pay off a chase credit card with cash, at the branch?
1) would it trigger an account shutdown
2) is it reported on your checking/savings account records?
