There was a conversation on FT about this. Someone asked the hotel and they said they wont allow 3rd party. It is pretty ridiculous.Honestly this was the biggest negative for me. over $1300 for 2 people for 45 minutes each way.

Be prepared for a pretty big gap between ordering and receiving Dreamcloud. When I ordered the site said ships in 5-7 days (currently says 5-10). Ordered on 11/14 and it wasn't delivered until 12/7. And they didn't post the tracking info until I already received the package.Thanks for the update on the sheets. May be worth saving an extra $40 than getting the bundle. The main thing i was maybe interested in was the mattress protector though.
Happy with the mattresses so far though. The extras in the bundle don't add much value for me though. The mattress protector is fine, but foam pillows are apparently not my thing (or maybe these are just bad ones), nor are white sheet sets.
They told me via chat that the shipping weight for the full mattress is 72 lbs.

Nice!yes, that is what i did. As thigns got closer more opened up. Also whenever i cancelled to rebook my nights always came back. This is imprtant bc you want to be able to get 5th night free.
I'm trying to pencil in a stay there in 2021 but i can hardly find more than 3 back to back nights at basic redemption.
How do you guys book? Do you first grab what's available and then hope that more nights will open closer to time?
