Does amazon enforce the rule that removal orders need to be to your own facilities? & how do they enforce it?

Amazon has begun to enforce this to discourage using removal as a form of fulfillment.
How do they enforce? Typically they have some automatic bot that is triggered.

Anyone here had this before?
I'm selling a toy on amazon (of course under the toy Category) For more then a year now, and yesterday they deactivated the listing because i need special approval to be able to sell on amazon under the toy category, the funny part is that i have 2 variations to the main product (that was Deactivated) and that 2 variations are still live on amazon! even though the parent product isn't!?!
Please if anyone with experience on the issue please reply, thanks!!
Hakol mishamayim but this came in the heavy holiday season when toy sales rock!! (as certain online sale statistics say that up to 80% of toy sales happen throughout the holiday season!)

Phone message says 30 days.
Upon calling, initially they asked lots of question, now they said its in a secondary lender review and to wait 24-48 hours (been about 5-6 days).
What should I expect?
