Will hotels hold bags overnight? I've thought about asking this before but it's never come up.

Yes. I’ve done that a few times, including having them hold bags for a day or two before I checked in. Not specifically in Maui but I imagine many hotels are fine with it.

Yes.
But now cash means half of the standard rate, It’s not a set amount anymore.

I don't know if free refills work on award drinks. I have never tried.

Of course they do, the refill has nothing to do with your original drink. Starbucks sells refills for .54 cents, But it’s free for (gold?)Members as long as it’s rung up as a refill.

Now what you can do is get a brewed coffee with 50 stars,drink/spill it out and than get an iced coffee refill for free.
50 stars instead of 150

Meoded should have a parve breakfast option, id suggest going up the the peak its pretty close to the JCC

Victoria’s Peak.
And KZ is another option for breakfast,served daily after davening, It’s a set menu IIRC.
The JCC is closer to the Peak if that matters.
