Once they verify you, they can do everything the phone reps can, and more. They are usually more knowledgeable as well.
Another advantage is you have everything in writing if any issues occur later.
And HUCA applies to them as well, some reps are better than others.

Does the $200 credit go towards your bill (because you're getting the phone for free)?
What is the total cost per line?
I already have a business plan of 8 lines for $240, so that's $30/line, but then a added a free line a few months ago and another free line today.

So apparently the deal expired on 9/24, but then was reactivated on 9/25.
