There's no value add in this service. Figuring out the seats, even if takes longer, would make me want to renew.

Other customers still enjoy our Flight Alerts service (which alerts to to when award inventory may become available that isn't currently available) as well as all the other airlines supported across Awards & Upgrades and the rest of the full suite of search/alerting features that ExpertFlyer has to offer. Thanks for your feedback.

We don't announce any future improvements before they may happen.

Yes, you're scraping QF and therefore no longer display how many award seats are available, which is the question I was responding to.

You can determine the number by doing several searches at different Quantities to see where the Yes/No break happens. Don't give up so easily.  :)

@ExpertFlyer Voice I hav the Premium service, and I was wondering how you can see the amount of seats available (award) on the flights.

Via the Award & Upgrade search tool.

You can't for LY as they pulled the data from GDS.

Yes you still can, EF now gets LY award inventory from other sources.

Can you add an option for search results with 7 days and calendar views?

Is anything changing due to TPG?

What about by multiple people within 1 company (travel agency)? Like I'm fine paying $100 a year to use the service, but don't want to pay that for another 5-10 employees..

What does that mean?

It means that you can set your account not to renew to not have it renew the next month then reactivate when you want to start the subscription again, like any other monthly service.

Just saying, maybe it's time for a redesign!

That's something we're working on now, along with a way to give us more flexibility in how we do subscriptions in the future.

Unless companies start embracing Netflix/Spotify style of sharing accounts, I don't think they can scale/make money. But that's just my opinion.

We may indeed have group accounts at a discount in the future if you can get x amount of people to sign up in the group, but each person would still need their own login.

In the mean time, we want to support the community and haven't raised our prices ever. However each alert/search has a real cost in addition to the cost to add new functionality over the years, so we don't think it's unreasonable for each individual who finds long term value in our service to pay for it.

As per the ExpertFlyer Terms of Use:

"Your login may only be used by one person - a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted."

Any shared account will be deactivated without refund. ExpertFlyer Premium is only $10/mo and only in the months you want to use it, so it's a very low bar to derive value from and we expect anyone who finds the service valuable to use their own account. Thank you.

What about on two cabin international flights, that have economy and business?

Still I class, Business is always I class.

For UA states

United Airlines (UA)   I   Saver award: Business cabin on 3 cabin flights, First class on domestic 2 cabin flights

So will not find anything on the EWR-TLV route I guess

What do you mean? I class is for Business on 3 cabin flights and O is First on 3 cabin flights. For 2 cabin domestic flights I class is the award class for the "First" cabin.

Thanks, submitted the info via the contact / help function on the EF website.

For the benefit of the thread... The issue was that ET's data is in flux. Even on the ANA award search, if you just hit Refresh you get a different answer for the same search. We've seen this happen before when the airline host system and the reservation systems aren't communicating properly.

Is the Ethiopian award availability displayed on EF only available to their own FF members?
i.e. I'm seeing ton of availability on EF, but can't confirm on ANA or Aeroplan.

Yes it is partner inventory and will match what you see on ANA and AE. Please email us your specific example if you need further help.
