I need a place to stay for 4 nights in Feb.

I can spend up to 16K SPG per night.  What is the best SPG option these days?

I am flexible as far as location, obviously needs to be on the water and close-ish to restaurants and shuls.

Maui revealed is considerably better then a gps app for the road to Hana. It often points out places where everyone stops and tells you to keep driving because there's something much nicer 30 seconds away
I disagree. You need to know exactly where you are with Maui revealed. A GPS App knows where you are and points everything out to you so you don't miss it. "Now on the right you will see XYZ" whereas Maui revealed will tell you to look 1000 ft past mile marker 12.

It also tells you what the "Must Sees" are and which places many people choose to skip.

We used the Gypsy guide it was really worthwhile.

IMHO it's overrated, though if you have time the Kohl Children's Museum can't be beat, especially for 7 yrs. and under. On the downside,  it's in the North suburbs (Glenview) which is a 1/2 hour on the I-94 without traffic (which is only possible in middle of the night.

+1
Kids love it!
Almost never traffic during the day.

We use this. Had the little table too, but  the airline lost it. Its good we didnt replace it. Limits the eating done in the stroller

I had this too, but I hate it! It doesn't fold well with this and the cup holder is really only for closed beverages since open ones will spill.

What am I doing wrong?

i am going to Chicago with my family, does anyone have more recent reviews on some SPG hotels?
thanks

I second the W on Lake Shore Drive.
Westin River North was decent, but W is much nicer.

Hey!!, Where on the road to Hana is the rainbow trees, I am only stopping at a few places since we are traveling with kids.
Thanks

Rainbow Eucalyptus were one of my favorite parts of Hana. They say it is around mile marker 7.

I highly recommend downloading an App that is a GPS Guide of the Road to Hana. It points out all the major places to stop during the drive so you don't miss anything.

Does anyone have experience with the UBV vs the Citi Mini GT in Israel? From what everyone is saying it seems like the UBV is a very versatile stroller, but I've heard that the GT handles all the hills and uneven streets in Israel really well. It's for a first child iy"H.

I think you are asking this question is the wrong place. 99% of people on DDF are UBV fans, I am not sure you will get an honest review :)

This is probably an unpopular opinion here but I strongly dislike the UBV.
It's the only stroller I have had (besides the graci snap an go) so I don't have anything to compare it to. That being said, I found the UBV to be very bulky.
Also it is very difficult to fold, so much so that my wife won't use it without me there to fold it.
And on top of all that their customer service is pretty bad. On the positive side it is pretty functional when you don't need to fold it. There is lots of space for storage underneath, and it moves very smoothly.
All in all I'm not a fan and Now that I need a double I'm going for the citi select.

Very odd since Uppababy is known for their excellent customer service. I personally called about a few issues and without any questions they sent me replacement pieces.

what about what you said "The downside is that itís not as plush and he had a harder time falling asleep in it" and i thought maybe such a long drive maybe it is not so good for it.
any other alternative or you recommend the Scenara for my situation

Look for a something "deep" so the kid can sleep comfortably. Based on my experience I wouldn't do the Seneca for long drives. Get something like this:

http://www.amazon.com/Safety-1st-Able-Infant-Tapestry/dp/B006ZISSGO/ref=sr_1_19?s=baby-products&ie=UTF8&qid=1396622082&sr=1-19&keywords=toddler+car+seat

I don't know anything about the safety/ratings/comfort, etc but it is nice and deep so the kid can sleep comfortably.

I read somewhere that they use their Nextfit with the Britax travel cart for airports. Any thoughts?

Heavy!!
I was at a baby store looking at the "travel carts" and the store couldn't get the NextFit on the wheels. I'm pretty sure it was the Britax wheels that didn't work well with NextFit.
