It's all up to the schools. From the government's standpoint, they can go out like any israeli citizen.

2
That means they're not reinfected. Why is that assumed - are they testing positive for the flu? I haven't seen that anywhere..

3
Definitely can quarantine at home. If there are other people who didn't travel living there, I believe the traveler would have to be quarantined in one room.

4
There's no reason to think they're not contagious if they're symptomatic. I think the ones they're saying are not contagious are asymptomatic people testing positive again.

5
Have any of these cases been verified as a second infection, rather than a flare up of the original infection, by mapping the genetic code?

6
Aren't they already mass producing the 2 main candidates, so they're ready for distribution as soon as they're FDA cleared? Doesn't phase 3 of those trials end in about 3 months? No guarantee either of them pan out, but if they do, the vaccine should be ready November/December.

7
So why make a fuss to begin with, if it's that simple?

The issue was letting in potentially thousands of infected people.
As far as I know, at this point it's not much of a risk. Hasn't Corona already gone through and run its course already in all the large frum communities where almost all the students are coming from?

From the Govt standpoint, once they finish quarantine, they're like any other Israeli.

I have a driver if you need. PM me. There was nobody by pickup really looking to enforce 2 weeks ago. Also, could be because of the huge number of new cases, but nobody came to check on us the whole time so far. We finish quarantine Monday night. A few months ago, a relative had police come and check on him multiple times per week.

Wtb a subscription.

How does it help if someone can take 10 days to turn positive?

Obviously no guarantee, but let's say they figure it will weed out 90% of cases, it's worth it to open up to tourism etc.

Up In The Air / Re: Infant Travel

If I have a reservation for me and family besides for the baby using Ana miles on United flight, would asiana allow me to book one leg for the baby on the same flight using their miles? The other legs I'll be paying 10% of cash price as a lap infant. The issue is that one leg is extremely expensive if paying cash, and asiana has a great mileage rate on that flight.

They are getting entry permits under Masa. Misrad Hapnim confirmed it, in addition to all the hoopla created by the chareidi MKs.
