Do they usually make you go through the trouble to return the item?I've never had to return. They ask for receipt and to fill out a form with basic info about purchase and why the store won't take it back.

Until they do.... A group that cant honor its word, and stand behind their deals especially when they send wrong links, is one I would stay away from....Several weeks ago MYS sent a wrong link - even though they specified in the description which item they meant but they still honored it.
