COVID-19 Discussion Board / Financial Assistance

As the craziness continues, there must lots of people who are struggling financially, whether it's from being laid off, business being closed or just no business.
If you know details of things like unemployment benefits, business loans, free personal loans or anything else, pleas post.
Being that DDF knows everything (or can figure it out) let's try put together as much info as we can that will allow people to get through this.
