Thank you @Dan
Still trying to get through to an agent who will refund.
No luck so far. Guess if I don't have luck with AC I'll need to dispute on My arrival+ card (I already "redeemed" points for my flight and file a complaint.

My question now is, if they don't offer a refund,  should I cancel and accept their voucher and then dispute or do nothing now and just dispute the charge?
DoT complaint+dispute.
I had two separate itineraries on the same flight for 7 total tickets. (I was redeeming points on 2 separate Arrival cards)

3 months ago I filled out 2 refund claims on the AC website for both and today I got a response.
1st claim/itinerary:
A full refund is not applicable. Rather you have the full value of your tickets to apply towards new Air Canada tickets when you are ready to rebook.
Our policy is in compliance and we continue to ...

2nd claim/itinerary:
Your refund is confirmed! You can find your refund information below. However, your payment card company may take one or two billing statements to add the credit to your account.

I guess it's good that I was refunded on one but still not sure what to do about the other one.

I also filed complaints with DOT and CTA haven't heard back yet. My Barclays CC doesn't allow disputes after 60 days of posting on card and I purchased these flights way back in Dec. Not sure what to do. I can probably mail/fax them a dispute but not feeling optimistic.

i put thru a ezpass charge and its not giving me the option!
Haven't redeemed in a while. does the statement maybe first need to close before redeeming?

I called for both.
Wasn't so lucky.
I got the this both by call and message: "In order to provide you with the great rewards and benefits on your account, a fee is assessed in the amount of $89.00 each year. and there is no free card to downgrade to.

I still had points on my account and an open CC dispute so I just paid the AF (with points)

What qualifies as travel for statement credit?
The annual fee and pretty much any travel

M&M Barclays $89 statement credit
Citi AA Biz Plat, $99 credit after $1000 spend in 3 months.
You just asked and they offered? Mentioned anything specific?  Called or messaged?

I paid the AF on the Amex Biz Plat in January.
Called and complained that I missed out on the $200 coronavirus credit and they offered me a $250 goodwill credit

I say their journalist and journal overall are most definitely not.
However, their opinion section is conservative.

Wouldn't you prefer to have them transferred to regular Amazon credit?
of course. Was never successful with that (via chat)

Couldn't find a better thread to ask this:

Any suggestions for kosher content videos on prime that can be purchased or rented for Frum kids? (using no rush credits)
I found a "Wonders of Hashem" and "Twins from France" for purchase and a few "Agent Emes" rentals.

Anything else?
