« on: January 30, 2020, 12:43:27 PM »In a regular Holiday Inn Express what is considered a one cat. upgrade? I'm booked in a king. Does that mean I get a suite? Or does that mean I just get a "1 king executive" whatever that means.....Just got back from using my free nights. Went to a Holiday Inn express. Got an upgrade. It meant a king bed. The one I went to doesn't have anything more than that. I have a feeling it's the same for other expresses.
Also does anyone have any thoughts on ambassador status? Is it worth it for 40000 or 200$ points? Seems like the only big difference is the upgrades.

Need some advice. Will be in LA iyh tomorrow night till Wednesday afternoon. Staying at holiday in. Santa Monica 11250 Santa Monica Blvd. visiting sister at garden of palm. I know Pats from the past and it’s not too far from either. Need places to eat breakfast, lunch and supper. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Anything close to Boca to do? We aren't into throwing axes at dolphins while we swim with them and then hide in an escape room.
Actually, escape room sounds nice but you'd probably need more than just the two of us. Maybe a family thing one day. We are going IYH in a week for sun-thu to basically relax, but some entertainment would be nice, if anyone can recommend. Thanks. Gut Shabbos
