A cheap (“Raigen Shtreimel / Rain Shtreimel) costs around $1400, and a decent Shtreimel can cost anywhere from $2,500 to a whopping $5,500.

on my itinerary on delta.com there is an option at the special service requests there is an option  "infant in arms", it lets me add an infant on my itinerary, does this mean I can add an infant for free?! screenshot attached.
