Amazon & Walmart Deals / Subscribe & Save now working to Israel?

I just noticed that the subscribe and save option is available on some items even with an Israeli shipping address. In the past, when the shipping address was sent to Israel, S&S would not be available even when one time delivery was available to Israel. Looks like something's changed. Anyone else seeing this?

Amazon is now offering free shipping to Israel (maybe worldwide) on orders over $80 shipped and sold by Amazon. Their calculation for import taxes collected is a bit odd and includes the full value of shipping (which is not charged).

I was contacted by eBay concierge team to let me know of an upcoming change to the eBay bucks program starting Jan 1st. This is what I was told:
1. Default rate going down to 1%.
2. Business & Industrial no longer excluded
3. Gift cards STILL excluded for now
4. Will still have occasional promos for higher rates

Up In The Air / Iberia vs. AA (vs. BA) business class

I'm flying MIA-TLV with my wife in business class on July 2nd and have 3 options:

Option 1 & 2 cost the same and option 3 is $170 more per person.

Option 2 has a shorter stopover than option 1 but I've heard that Iberia doesn't have the best service. Do you think I'm better off spending another 2.5 hours at the airport to fly AA + ELAL?

I'm not too keen on option 3 due to the higher price, is it a big difference in service?
