What is everyone selecting? None of the benefits really seam useful.

Here is where I stand. I have 2 Choice selections to make.
I have 98 nights currently but nowhere near the 20k required spend. So selecting 5 nights to get to 100 does not provide any useful benefits (unless I get to select another Choice benefit at 100, which I dont think I get to do). I also have 15 SNAs in my account which expire 12/31/2021 (if they dont continue to extend them).

At the 50 night level, I would select 5 SNA's, even though I prob wont use them all. At the 75 level, i would prob opt for the 40K cert.

Does anyone know if you get another Choice benefit at 100 nights?
What are your selections this year?

Up In The Air / Delta Middle Seat Blocking 2-4-2 Configuration

Anyone know how delta block seats for a 2-4-2 configuration?
The seat map shows only the middle 2 seats being block for the 4 seat, but for the 2 seat config, its showing both window and aisle as available. The agents on the phone are saying that one of them will be blocked.

Anyone recently fly on one of these planes?

Has anyone used them for refinances? They were able to beat the rate that I locked two weeks ago with my bank by around $2k, even though the rate is significantly higher today. Plus with the additional $2500 amex offer it seems too good to be true.

Your payment assistance start month depends on the month you enrolled and when you made your payment for that month. For example, if you enrolled on March 26 and made your March payment before you enrolled, your assistance begins in April. If you enrolled on March 26 and didn't make your March payment before you enrolled, your assistance begins in March.

If you can continue making your mortgage payments, you should do so, but you're not required to.

Before the end of the payment assistance period—also known as forbearance—we'll be in touch to explain possible options that may be available for you to repay the delayed payments, which are due at the end of the period to keep your account current. These options may include:

An extension of your payment assistance period

Moving principal and interest payments, as a single payment, due at the end of your mortgage

Extending your loan term

We'll stay in touch during and after your payment assistance period and we'll work with you to determine the best next step for your situation.

Does this mean that they will report to credit bureau as forbearance or current/making payments as agreed?
