General Discussion / Need someone to transfer a car in NJ
« on: October 01, 2020, 05:25:26 PM »
Driver for a car. North Jersey to Lakewood tonight or tomorrow. Please PM

NJ residents only. Costco member by 8/31/2020. Currently leasing a car. 36 months/10k yearly.
This is an electric car that can go up to 260 miles on a full charge. Only possible with one payment of $6980 for the Bolt LT model or $7590 for the Premier model. You will receive a 5k rebate from the state of NJ within 90 days (current timetable). Total cost is effectively $1980 for 3 years = $55 for the LT model or $2590 for 3 years = $72 a month. There is no tax on Electric cars in NJ.
I am not a broker or dealer, but Iím working with a dealer and taking a cut.
There are only 4 LT models and 2 Premier models available right now.
I canít promise you this deal as I donít have the final say, however, itís very likely that I can get it for you. Please PM if interested. Need to have funds to lay out the full amount for one pay, of which 5k will be returned via the NJ rebate. It may take time for me to respond to your PM.

There are 24 Business credits and 24 accounting credits needed to sit for the cpa exam as long as you have a BTL (at least in NJ). Anyone know the cheapest and/or fastest way to get these credits - specifically the accounting credits?

Credit Cards / Building Business Credit through Duns and Bradstreet
« on: September 06, 2019, 11:02:01 AM »
I was just introduced to the concept of building credit for your business without a social security number but rather with a Duns and Bradstreet paydex number. There are companies such as uline that will allow a net30 line of credit for a new business (with EIN, D-U-N-S number etc.), and in turn report your payment to D&B which can help build a business only credit score within a few months. I canít seem to find any discussion about this on the forums and wanted to hear about peopleís experiences using this method.

General Discussion / Up to 250k cash with 0% APR Credit Cards
« on: January 14, 2019, 03:14:27 PM »
I recently came across a company which helps you open up credit cards with a 0% APR for a year or more, and claim that they can get you up to 250k if you have very good credit, and less if your credit is not as good. They charge 4.5% for every 100k and an additional 1.5% to convert it in to cash.
Has anyone done this before and if yes, is there a big risk in allowing a third party to do this on your behalf?
Is there really a reason to pay them so much if you can do it yourself - what are they doing that you can't do on your own - inflating your income, or is there more to it that makes it worth the fee?

Tech Talk / Internet providers in Lakewood
« on: November 20, 2018, 09:56:05 PM »
My area in Lakewood does not have fios, are there high speed internet providers in Lakewood, other than Optimum (which has a low speed for $20 monthly and the next tier at $45 monthly), that has high speed internet only (no TV or Phone) for about $20/$30 monthly?

Available through Bonus Drive on select Hyundai/Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram/Fiat models.

You need to  either be a member of certain credit unions/banks or empolyed by certain companies or a member of certain insurance companies etc.
