Any recommendations, or do they all offer the same discounts?

Do they reduce the price by anything worthwhile?

And just curious how do they make money?

Awesome specs for the price. New company reviews seem to be decent so far. I'm tempted to get it but don't really have a need for a gaming laptop.

EVOO stands for extra virgin olive oil ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I personally think CVS is overpriced on everything. But if you get a $10 coupon every month for $5 I'd say that breaks it even.

Not sure if this was posted.

B&H has the S10e for $550
https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1456397-REG/samsung_sm_g970uzkaxaa_galaxy_s10e_sm_g970u_128gb.html

Included is a 3 month 8gb sim card from mintsim which seems like they sell for $35-$40 on eBay.

Plus I see that on Samsung's website they're offering a year of YouTube premium with the purchase of any s10 from certain retailers - b&h included.

Goods For Sale/Trade / DDF Trading Middlemen
« on: June 03, 2019, 02:40:10 AM »
I don't think such a thread exists yet for this board. This is different than the feedback thread because this enables people without a reputation to trade.

A buyer and seller want to do a trade for a physical item. Their reputations are unknown. A middleman can help in such a situation.

1 - The buyer and seller post that they're looking for a middleman.

2 - People willing to take the job respond so.

3 - The buyer and seller choose a middleman and notify them.

4 - The middleman will get the buyers money plus a fee from one/both of the parties.

5 - The seller will ship the item to the middleman.

6 - The middleman will confirm receipt of the item and pass the payment along to the seller minus his fee.

7 - The buyer will have to arrange a pickup from the middleman. (So obviously only pick a middleman who lives nearby.)

The wiki will be used to vouch for a DDFers credibility as a middleman. A vouch can only be made by making a post in the thread stating clearly who you are vouching for. Then linking your post to the wiki with your username as the link next to the username you're vouching for.

The middleman will have the same obligations as a shomer socher.

What happens if something goes wrong? I can't think of all scenarios so I'm going to need help with that.

I'm not either very familiar with QuickPay PayPal... so I guess any ideas for the best way to handle things are welcome.

what do you guys say? obviously I don't think this will work too well with digital items which it seems like is the majority of trades here.

Looking for freestanding shelves that can easily carry a minimum of 250 pounds per shelf. (I saw the ones just posted I don't think they're sturdy enough for me) And must be at least 18" wide. The taller the better.

I actually think building a wood one is the cheapest option but I'm kind of lazy.

Credit Cards / B&H Payboo Card

Nobody likes to pay sales tax, but everyone must pay sales tax! B&H, and only B&H, has the solution to the sales tax issue.

Tomorrow, May 7th, B&H will be making a game-changing announcement, and as a loyal customer, I’d like you to be privy to some inside information in advance that will change your shopping experience forever.

Nearly one year ago, the Supreme Court ruled that out-of-state retailers must collect sales tax on internet sales. This, of course, included B&H. For 46 years we have been committed to providing unparalleled customer service, and so we began the tedious process of implementing a way to eliminate the impact this ruling would have on our customers.

We are now ready to launch “Payboo”, the solution to the sales-tax challenge. Tune in tomorrow for details on how to become a part of “Payboo”!

I know you have many shopping choices for creative gear and consumer electronics, but with “Payboo”, there will only be one best choice: B&H!

I look forward to a continued great business relationship and remember, at B&H, the customer always comes first. That’s why we’ve created “Payboo” to solve the sales tax impact for you.

Sincerely,

Menashe Horowitz
CEO
