Up In The Air / Best Domestic First Class

I was offered two first class tickets anywhere in the US. I am based in NYC and can choose between Delta, AA or United.

I was thinking of flying to LA or Vegas and I was wondering which of these 3 airlines has the best first class experience, including at the airport and in-flight.

Also, do any of these first classes offer a proper kosher meal in flight or at the lounges? I am not talking about the stuff they offer in Economy.

Credit Cards / Best US Credit Card to pay Hotel bill

I live in the US and have several different US credit cards. I need to pay my hotel bill on Friday when I checkout. The hotel is an IHG hotel in Israel and I don't have an IHG credit card. What are the top 3 credit cards that would give me the best point/credit value out of paying this bill? (and obviously with no international transaction fee)

For traveling JFK to TLV, assuming the same price, would you recommend El Al with its 787 plane and El Al's service or Aeroflot's 777 and their service?
