On The Road / problem with plat 4 hour grace period with hertz

  I just rented a car in YYZ (toronto) from hertz and returned 1 hour after my due time not only didn't the guy know about the grace period since I returned it after midnight on monday the computer changed my rate from weekend to weekday all in all it cost me an extra $50 plan on getting CS tocredit back the difference (which comes with the advantage of amex refunding my premium insurance charge) but still gonna be a hassle cause of a ignorant desk clerk oh well
