Up In The Air / YYZ - NYC
« on: September 02, 2013, 10:57:47 PM »
In regards to immigration, I need to book as flight showing that i am flying from NYC to YYZ. I have no plans on flying and would like to cancel the flight (just need the papers).

Can Anyone recommend an airline that gives full refunds as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before the flight?

Up In The Air / Vacation- Summer Tropical?
« on: May 06, 2013, 02:26:18 PM »
I'm looking to travel with my wife mid-July. We are looking for a tropical, beach-type location within a budget. July is rainy season for the Caribbean so I am assuming that it's not worth the risk.

Aside from Hawaii, anyone have any ideas? (locations within the continental US are fine)

Seems that XL Airways consistently has the cheapest fare from Paris to NY non-stop.

Anyone ever fly this airline before? Opinions and experiences?

Destination Guides And Trip Planning / 10 Days in Europe
« on: June 12, 2012, 06:07:03 PM »

On my way back from Israel in August, I plan on backpacking through Europe for about ten days. I have a flight booked from Paris to JFK (cheapest) so I need to end up in France. I do not currently have a flight from Israel to Europe.

I assume 3 countries is about the limit i should visit.

1) Any advice on the cheapest ticket to Europe from Israel and which countries I should go to?

2) Anyone have advice about Euro-rail passes- 7, 10 day pass?
