« on: July 14, 2013, 01:35:52 PM »
I have a reservation on a United award from tlv-nyc through vienna. I was checking on my reservation and I noticed that united changed the time of the flight from vienna-nyc. Will they allow me to change my booking to the tlv-nyc direct flight on UA even though there is no saver award availability ( although there is standard award availability)?

Hey guys,

Does anybody know if I buy a costco cash card for $50 and I want to spend $450 at costco (when I am a non-member) will they let me put the rest of my purchase on an Amex credit card?
Right now I am a member but my annual fee is coming up so I want to buy some cash cards and cancel my membership but then I am worried that I will have to buy the exact amount of dollars that is left on my cash cards. Anybody have any experience in this?

Up In The Air / Malaysian Airlines "lie Flat"
« on: February 25, 2013, 02:13:20 PM »
Quick Q:

Now that Malaysian has joined OneWorld I wanted to know if somebody has flown Malaysian and what their experience was like. I have heard that some people had bad experiences what with their jewishness and malaysia being a primarily muslim country.
Also, I have never been on a slanted lie flat and was wondering if anybody could review the malaysian business class slanted lie flat kul-pek.
I'm used to cathay lie flat, new brussels lie flat. How disappointed will I be in a slanted lie flat product?

Has anybody had experience checking out of hotels (Le Meridian) on shabbos? I am staying in barcelona on friday night and my flight leaves saturday night so I don't want to have to pay for saturday night as well.
Shabbos is over at 5:30 PM and the hotel said I could have a late checkout at 4 PM. My plan is to check out at 4 PM and have them store my bags in the luggage room and I will hang out on the streets of barcelona until 530pm and then leave.
