Up In The Air / Booking flight on AA Metal

Trying to book a mileage flight on AA, the flight is available in Saver Award, so all other partners show the flight as well, just trying to figure out who can book on AA metal and transfers from either UR or MR? TIA.

Looking for suggestions to go somewhere this summer, 2 adults and a lot of AA miles and GC to burn. I have a serious case of wanderlust so pretty much anywhere interests me. TYIA- (leaving from a NY area airport)
