Credit Cards And Finance / What to do with my Amex Membership Rewards points?

So I got accepted about a year ago to the amex platinum business 100k/10k, and soon the annual fee ($450) will be posting, which im not interested on paying...

what are my options not to lose the points?

I know I can transfer to airlines (which im also not interested as if now), but are there any other card besides the amex gold that I can open or downgrade to and keep the points and the same benefits (transfering to airlines etc)?

I appreciate the help!
