I saw a place called EMT National Training, another called Pass with PASS.
Anyone have any experience with any of these or other courses?

Credit Cards And Finance / Co Signing a car lease
« on: March 06, 2018, 11:15:29 AM »
Does anyone have any information on the following? A family member would like me to cosign on a lease for a car. I'm not discussing whether I'm going to have a problem with their paying the lease. My question is, how does it affect my credit report? I've done this before and always got a message that my credit report has been updated when I cosigned. Any info on that? Thak you.

On The Road / Uber credits
« on: September 09, 2014, 12:23:35 PM »
Didn't noticed this anywhere. If it is, please point me to it. When I joined up last night with Uber I was supposed to get the dansdeal $30 credit. This morning Uber sent me an email that I have a free trip up to $30. To me it sounds like a total of $60. I sent support an email about that and they said they only see $30. Is their $30 email the same as the dansdeals credit? Also, does anyone know if the amount (quite high) from Brooklyn to newark airport that was quoted includes tolls or is that separate? never used them before.

General Discussion / Sending photos/creating album
« on: May 29, 2014, 09:25:24 AM »
I haven't seen this anywhere else. If this has been brought up before, please let me know where. We went on a trip and a number of us took pictures. Does anyone know how we can send them to one person - central depository so to speak, accessible, not just to see, for free. Then I want to put it all together in an easy to create album and then send it out to all the people that were on the trip. Any ideas?

Credit Cards And Finance / Paying CC early
« on: March 30, 2014, 05:26:53 PM »
I know this was brought up before but I can't find it. Is it true that it pays to pay off the credit card bill before you get it AND leave a little to pay off for some reason for when you do get it? If someone can point me to the appropriate thread that would be great. Thanks

Tech Talk / Copying from new itunes to old ipod
« on: February 23, 2014, 08:14:03 PM »
If someone knows where this may have been discussed, please tell me, but I haven't found it. I have two ipods. One has a number of playlists, etc. from my old iTunes on my old computer. My old computer went to computer heaven. I still have all my songs because it's on an external drive. So I put together a new desktop with new iTunes pointing to my songs. I created a few new playlists I want to ADD to my existing ipod. Can't get to first base. With my new ipod connected it gives me the choice to pick which playlists to sync to new ipod, which it's doing now fine. So what I need to do is get some new stuff added to my old ipod. I don't want to wipe out what's on it. I can't set up a sync of just new playlists that I choose. Doesn't let me like the new one does. Any help?
