It was for Additional Child Tax Credit (Form 8812), they were able to earn around 50K by counting Bituach Leumi, I'm not sure exactly how it worked

You can not count Bituach Leumi as income for this purpose (ACTC).

Got same email but different numbers for a different location.
"We are writing on behalf of the Westin Waltham Boston with regard to your reservations for November 2015."

"We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we cannot honor your reservations at the incorrect rate. The correct nightly rate is $309.00."

Non-KSML is mostly a fixed cost business, airlines like UA own their own catering service.
KSML is variable cost, hence why it's sent out to the lowest bidder.

Call the investor relations of the airline or even the SEC that you are displeased with this method of accounting for the food cost.

No offense Dan... if a layman found it on FT and linked it then I think it is safe to assume that its out there and didn't need to be removed. The backlash is only starting, and its gonna end with you writing an elaborate post explaining once again why you have to keep these things a secret.  Don't forget to follow up wit ha few linky's for some credit card offers the same day so you can capitalize on the rush.

The fact that they write in the card member agreement that they have the right to shut you down for NO reason does not excuse them?
No.

Most of the time they don't tell you the reason. I assume my checking account was closed for depositing too many MO's in their eyes. Who do I complain to?
Well if the FDIC, BBB or NYS Banking Department asks they do have to give a reason.

If they were just shutting down everyone who is unprofitable then how would FT/MP/DDF not be chock full of everyone getting shut down.
I think most people are just holding back the full details though I'm sure some people probably did nothing wrong per se.

These banks are heavily regulated by the federal government and in most states by the state as well. If they donít have a VERY good reason to close your account then complain.

It's true of all pension systems
For private companies, states, cities or municipalities it's illegal to this.
