Once we're discussing AC, maybe someone should notify them when Yom Kippur is. They have scheduled flights to both YYZ and YUL on YK...
(Before they cancel, you can try to snatch a good deal [saver awards available] so you can get rebooked for Sukkos at no additional cost...)

most airlines didn't cancel yet the y"k flights

AC is flying eastbound Sunday and Tuesday this week and next. Then they are switching to Shabbos and Tues in May.
they also changed the schedule to depart YYZ at 19:25, arriving TLV at 13:00

On The Road / Re: Car rental return to another location?

which rental in Europe is the cheapest to return to a different location?

So your answer
Was irrelevant. As the question wasn't about vaccine, but about getting a certificate based on an Israeli antibody test.

OK, I thought it was about certificates in general.

How does having Kupat Cholim help?

its allowed to exit the quarantine in order to go to vaccinate.

You never tested positive (PCR) in Israel and then did an antibody test in Israel and got a תעודת מחלים from MADA?

What's the procedure to get it?

On another note, I know someone (Israeli citizen living in Australia) who will be coming to Israel this week and would like to get vaccinated. Is there any way to get the first dose immediately or while quarantining?
I got a תעודת מתחסן after being vaccinated thru MADA, no idea about תעודת מחלים.

about your second question, they plan to start to a vaccine center at the airport, until then there is no other option if you don't have kupat cholim.

I have posted at least once before (with a link and screenshot) that it is not currently possible. The exception to that might be if said student is a member of Kupat Cholim in Israel and will have a Kupat Cholim doctor issue said certificate.

I got a certificate from MADA.

What caterer/hechsher are the meals on LH out of FRA? Still Sohar like the DPs in this thread from 2019?

Still Sohar, but with a different hechsher (was discussed as not reliable)
